HŌMS
Heart On My Sleeve
The HŌMS Method is a youth informed emotional wellness experience rooted in color, emotional awareness, creativity, and healing.
Created through the Project Happier Initiative, HŌMS helps young people safely explore emotions and self expression through creativity, self reflection, and play.
What is the HŌMS Method?
The HŌMS Method is a system of care rooted in joy, creativity, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation.
Developed through Project Happier by 300FOR300 alongside youth participants, artists, therapists, and community partners, the method was created to help young people safely explore emotions without shame or pressure.
Rather than forcing communication, HŌMS uses color, reflection, creativity, and play as portals for healing and emotional expression.
Through repeated practice, users develop stronger emotional awareness, healthier responses to emotional triggers, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
